Terms and Conditions

All orders must be prepaid, except for university libraries and conservatories in Spain, music departments, libraries and the like. For these orders you can send an official purchase order in an email attachment.

Not all items are always available. We will contact you if any items are out of stock and give you the option of a partial shipment (recommended for large orders). Shipping charges apply to each shipment. We will contact you once we receive the order and the costs are calculated according to weight and volume.

Payment options: bank transfer and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery only available in Spain. You can also pay through PayPal with a 5% surcharge on the final price.

Warranty / Return Policy: Books and CD in perfect condition may be returned by the customer within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. CD defective may be returned by the customer within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for the condition of CD cases.

Our implementation of shopping cart uses cookies to pass the items you order from page to page. Your personal information is not stored in a cookie. Cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

All prices are denominated in Euros (€), VAT will be applied.

The indication of product availability on the website is subject to last minute changes. Any circumstance that affects the availability of a product will be communicated as soon as possible.

These general conditions are held and governed by the laws of Spain. For the resolution of any dispute shall be competent for the courts.
